1. Create the agency and client
Sign in, name your agency and add or select the first client. The client gets a separate workspace.
Create your agency workspace, choose a client and connect the records you actually need. Guided setup separates the work required for leads and outcomes from the steps you can do later.

An example checklist, not completed setup. Team and reference libraries can be added later.
You can explore the workspace while setup is unfinished. Leads and CRM updates need their own completed connection steps before they can arrive.

Choose the sending workflow, select the destination and map the submission fields. A mapping preview validates the request; it does not prove a lead arrived.

For the CRM path, confirm an update to the same lead appears with its intended outcome and value. For manual leads, record the outcome with the permitted role.
Select the report goal and submission period. Check missing data, exclusions, currencies and connection freshness.
No. You can explore before connection setup is complete and use authorized manual outcomes for manually managed leads. Automatic intake and CRM sync still require their respective setup.
No. A source label describes where the lead came from. The sending workflow still needs to deliver the submission, and provider authorization is a separate action.
Creating a workspace does not start a paid subscription.
