Client reporting for U.S. agencies serving local businesses.
Keep each client’s original campaigns, recorded outcomes and service-area context together. Start with one verified lead-to-outcome chain before expanding across clients and markets.
Create your agencyUse a consistent reporting period across time zones
Attrival reports use UTC lead-submission dates. A local evening submission can fall on the following UTC day. State the cutoff when reconciling reports with a client’s local CRM view.
Illustrative date example: March 31 at 6:30 p.m. with an explicit UTC−07:00 offset is April 1 at 1:30 a.m. UTC. The lead belongs to April’s UTC submission cohort. A later won outcome stays attached to that original submission cohort.
This example describes a timestamp conversion, not a local-time reporting setting. See the guide to report dates.
Keep territory evidence separate from campaign results
For clients with recorded service-area and ZIP data, a local-services layout can show territory context. A ZIP with a leading zero remains a ZIP; missing or invalid territory data does not establish that a lead was outside the service area.
An agency can serve clients in several industries. Choose the report goal per client; territory sections are useful only where the underlying data exists.
Connect the client’s workflow before judging the campaign
Verify lead receipt, retain the Attrival Lead ID in the destination record and match the recorded outcome back to that lead. Check the connection catalog for implemented adapters, pending access and planned providers. A state or city does not change provider availability.
Recorded contract value is not collected revenue. Report currencies stay separate. Missing source, outcomes and amounts remain visible rather than being inferred from geography.
Check one client, then expand
Use the setup guide to verify a permitted test record. Invite an authorized reader to that workspace and reconcile the report with its dates, exclusions, outcomes and values. Agency and client roles keep access separate as the roster grows.
Ask about your workflow
Describe the client’s CRM, intake method and reporting question through the contact page. This is an online reporting workflow for the U.S. agency audience; no local office, regional customer roster or response-time guarantee is claimed.
